F*CK B. RHEE
This is an actual film from my college days… The film CKY2K had a great influence on our impressionable minds.
New Brunswick, NJ served as microcosm for new realities facing young adults in the wake of the dotCom bust and September 11th.  As the country geared up for war in Iraq, frustration, tension, and anxiety was building… ready to explode at any given moment. The house we resided in at the time was decrepit and our relationship with our no-show slumlord mirrored the power structure that sought to oppress and bring the world’s people to their knees.  We rebelled… shooting the first shot against that oppression to igniting a revolution.  Our Landlord was named B.Rhee and this film is dedicated to him.

I opted to remove the full film from the internet because some of the revolutionaries may or may not hold prestigious professional positions.

So I produce the I’m From Driftwood ‘video stories’.  I’ve shot and edited hundreds of these and am very happy that they’re making an impact. I recently returned from a 50-State Story Tour where I filmed and screened stories like the one above in every state. Along the way I also documented our adventures and the many people I met along the way.  See the video below.

GAME INVASION: D.I.C.E. CRIBS
Once upon a time Comcast used to have a website called Game Invasion and they sent me around the world to video game conferences to catch all the action. This video only portrays the corporate friendly side of the festivities at D.I.C.E. Las Vegas… you’ll have to use your imaginations to fill in the blanks for what’s missing.

I served as Production Supervisor, DP & editor on 30+ of these quick turn around videos. The series was a success and was especially well received amongst industry insiders.  You can search for more of these videos at Comcast.net, check out Gore Verbinski’s interview below.

FANFLIX
Fanflix was a weekly segment i produced to promote movie consumption across several of Comcast’s properties. The segment screened on Fancast.com, Comcast.net and in Comcast’s On-Demand barker loop.

IN THE ATRIUM: THE THERMALS
I produced this as part of a short lived music program for comcast.net. I served as producer, director & editor for this one featuring ‘The Thermals’ one of my all time favorite bands. I loved every second of this and would die for the opportunity to produce more programs like it.

The Thermals perform acoustic versions of  ‘I Can’t Let Go’, ‘Now We Can See’, and ‘I Let It Go’.
